• What is Doopl?

  Doopl is a simple tool for creating events and collecting RSVPs online. It's designed for personal gatherings like birthday parties, potlucks, and game nights - no apps for guests to download; they RSVP with just their email.

• Do guests need to create an account?

  No. Guests only need to enter their email (and optionally their name) to RSVP. They don't need to sign up or download anything. You get a single link to share; guests click, respond, and you see everything in your dashboard.

• How do I create an event?

  Sign in with your email (we use magic links, so no password to remember). Then click "Create an Event," add your event details (name, date, time, location, etc.), and we'll give you a shareable link. Send that link to your guests via text, email, or social media.

• Can I see who's coming and who's not?

  Yes. Your event dashboard shows who has responded as Coming, Maybe, or Not coming. You can also see plus-one or guest names if you've enabled that for your event. Everything is in one place so you can plan headcount and follow up as needed.

• Can I cancel or edit an event after creating it?

  Yes. From your dashboard you can edit event details or cancel the event. If you cancel, we can notify guests who already RSVP'd so they're aware. You remain in control of your events at all times.

• Is Doopl free?

  We offer a free tier so you can try Doopl and run events without paying. Check the pricing section on the home page for current plans and any limits. We're focused on keeping RSVPs stress-free for busy hosts.

• How is my data used?

  We use your and your guests' data only to provide the Service - for example, to send you a sign-in link, to show RSVPs in your dashboard, and to send reminders if you use that feature. We don't sell your data to third parties. See our privacy policy and terms for full details.

• I didn't get an email / my link isn't working.

  Check your spam folder for our sign-in or reminder emails. If your event or RSVP link isn't loading, make sure you're using the full URL we gave you. If you're still stuck, use the Contact or support option in the app - we're happy to help.
