Doopl provides event management and RSVP collection tools for personal and informal gatherings such as birthday parties, potlucks, and game nights. You may create events, share invitation links, and collect responses from guests. The Service is intended for non-commercial, personal use.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating events and for how you use the Service. You must not use Doopl for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Guest Data and Privacy
When guests RSVP to your events, they may provide information such as name and email. As an event host, you have access to this information only for the purpose of managing your event. 5. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doopl and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
